Grilled Onion on the Barbie

On a cutting board, quarter 1 large onion without cutting through. Pull open the individual sections of the onion.
Rub 1 tbsp of butter into some of the divisions in the onion. Sprinkle with favorite steak seasoning and Tony’s Chachere’s seasoning. Set onion in the middle of about 16 inches of aluminum foil and pull all the sides up and around the onion. Twist the top closed.
Grill for about 25 minutes, or until soft when pinched with tongs.
